The Arts
Chesters Walled Garden has a long history of involvement with the arts.
Sculptures by Dennis Kilgallon of Red Dust Ceramics can be seen amongst the foliage of the borders and steel discs by William Pym with poems by Linda France hang from the eucalyptus trees.
Throughout the year there are arts related events such as the sculpture produced by Julie Livesey (see image) of glass phials containing water, filled with living grass hanging from the beautiful Prunus serrula cherry tree.
